The Creature from the Pit DVD Cover

Doctor Who Online have recently revealed the official cover for the upcoming DVD release of the 1979 story The Creature from the Pit which will be released around the United Kingdom and Ireland on Monday the Third of May. The Creature from the Pit, written by David Fisher, features Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor alongside Lalla Ward as Time Lord companion Romana and David Brierley as the voice of K9.

2lEntertain have recently released a DVD box set, under the title of Myths and Legends, comprising of The Time Monster, Underworld and The Horns of Nimon around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Kamelion DVD box set, which features the stories The King’s Demons and Planet of Fire, will be released, after The Creature from the Pit, in June.
