Georgia Moffett Apparently Joining Casualty Cast

Doctor Who actress Georgia Moffett is reportedly joining the BBC One medical drama Casualty as a junior doctor this September according to The Sun. Georgia Moffett, daughter of Doctor Who actor Peter Davison, appeared in Doctor Who during the Tenth Doctor story The Doctor’s Daughter, as his daughter Jenny, and will appear, as Cassie Rice, in the upcoming Tenth Doctor animated story Dreamland.

It should be noted however that the BBC haven’t officially confirmed that Georgia Moffett will be appearing in Casualty which has recently relocated to South Wales for filming and production. The Sun are also claiming that comedian Russ Abbot, Martin Trueman in Secrets of the Stars, will be making an appearance during the upcoming series of Casualty.

Various British Tabloids reported earlier this year reporting that Georgia Moffett would be returning to Doctor Who as Jenny for the 2009 Doctor Who Specials.
