The Dalek Collection DVD Box Set

2lentertain have recently confirmed that an exclusive Dalek Collection DVD box set, titled The Dalek Collection, will be released this October around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Daleks first made an appearance during the First Doctor story The Daleks, written by Terry Nation, and have since encountered the Doctor, during his various incarnations, in over twenty stories from the 1960’s to the present.

2lentertain haven’t confirmed which stories will be included in The Dalek Collection but rumours are that it will feature all of the five Dalek stories from Dalek to The Stolen Earth and Journey’s End. The Dalek Collection is currently rumoured to feature: Dalek, Bad Wolf with The Parting of the Ways, Army of Ghosts with Doomsday, Daleks in Manhattan with Evolution of the Daleks and The Stolen Earth with Journey’s End.

Despite no official confirmation on what stories will be included in The Dalek Collection, an exclusive edition of Doctor Who Confidential focusing on the Daleks has recently been passed by the BBC DVD. 2lentertain have confirmed though that The Dalek Collection will be released for the price of £15.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland on the Nineteenth of October.

Doctor Who Hideout though will keep all readers informed regarding not only The Dalek Collection but future Doctor Who DVD releases. 2lentertain released The Cyber Collection, containing Rise of the Cybermen with The Age of Steel and Army of Ghosts with Doomsday, earlier this May for the price of £15.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland.
