Freema Agyeman Appearing on Who Do You Think You Are?

Former Doctor Who actress Freema Agyeman, the Tenth Doctor’s companion Martha Jones in Doctor Who and Torchwood, has reportedly been seen in Ghana filming for the BBC Programme Who Do You Think You Are?. Freema Agyeman first appeared in Doctor Who during Army of Ghosts as the cousin of Martha Jones, Adeola Oshodi, before appearing as Martha Jones for the first time in Smith and Jones.

Despite Freema being spotted in Ghana, the birth place of her father, there’s been no official confirmation from anyone working at the BBC or on Who Do You Think You Are? regarding her involvment with the programme. Doctor Who actor David Tennant, the Tenth Doctor, has also appeared on Who Do You Think You Are? during the third series.
