Issue #31 of the Doctor Who: The DVD Files magazine has been officially released today by GE Fabbri, the makers of Doctor Who: Battles in Time, for the price of £6.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland. This issue of Doctor Who: The DVD Files magazine features an exclusive DVD containing Genesis of the Daleks, written by Terry Nation, which was voted the third best story in Doctor Who Magazine recently.
