2lEntertain’s Dan Hall, commissioning editor for Classic Doctor Who DVD releases, confirmed earlier today that the second title for the upcoming Revisitaions DVD box set will be revealed exclusively tomorrow. At the moment, the only story for the Revisitations DVD box set that we know of is the Doctor Who Television Movie, which featured Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, after first being released at the start of the range.Current rumours suggest that this next title will be the Fourth Doctor story; The Robots of Death, after Tom Baker reportedly commented to have recorded a new commentary. The Robots of Death was one of the Doctor Who DVD releases from the beginning of the range, only featuring a Commentary, Photo Gallery, Model Shots and Stage/Set Plans.
2lEntertain haven’t confirmed when the Revisitations DVD box set will be released around the United Kingdom and Ireland, but current rumours suggest it will be released nearer the end of this year.
