The Space Museum/The Chase DVD Trailer Passed by BBFC

The British Board of Film Classification have recently passed a DVD trailer for the First Doctor stories The Space Museum (1965) and The Chase (1965) meaning they could be released together in a DVD box set by 2lEntertain around the United Kingdom and Ireland. Both stories feature the First Doctor, portrayed by William Hartnell, with companions Barbara Wright, Ian Chesterton plus Vicki encounter the Moroks and the Daleks.

The Space Museum, written by Glyn Jones, featured William Hartnell as the First Doctor with companions Barbara, Ian and Vicki encounter Moroks on Xeros. The Chase, written by Terry Nation, featured William Hartnell as the First Doctor with departing companions Barbara and Ian, Vicki and Steven Taylor as they are chased though time by the Daleks.

2lEntertain haven’t confirmed whether or not if The Space Museum and The Chase will be released as a DVD box set, but the release of both stories together has been highly rumoured for next year. The next Doctor Who DVD release from 2lEntertain will be the release of the Third Doctor stories The Curse of Peladon and The Monster of Peladon Monday the Fourth of January.
