The Broadcasters Audience Research Board have recently revealed the overnight viewing figures for The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith, written by Gareth Roberts, after its debut broadcast last week at 4:35pm on BBC One and BBC HD. The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith starred Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith, Thomas Knight as Luke Smith, Daniel Anthony as Clyde Langer and Anjli Mohindra as Rani Chandra.The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith part one managed to achieve overnight viewing figures of 1.3 million with a 10.9% share of the audience with an unconfirmed amount on BBC HD. The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith part two managed to achieve overnight viewing figures of 1.1 million with a 9.6% share with an unconfirmed amount on BBC HD.
The third series of The Sarah Jane Adventures continues next week with The Eternity Trap, on the Fifth and Sixth of November, by Phil Ford at 4:35pm on both BBC One and BBC HD. Official viewing figures for The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith part one and part two will be released by the Broadcasters Audience Research Board within the upcoming two weeks.
