Doctor Who - The Last Voyage Audio

BBC Audio have recently confirmed that another exclusive audio story to feature the Tenth Doctor, titled The Last Voyage by Dan Abnett, will be released on the Seventh of January in 2010 around the United Kingdom and Ireland. BBC Audio haven’t yet confirmed which Doctor Who actor will narrate The Last Voyage, but David Tennant is currently rumoured to have provided narration for The Last Voyage.

The Last Voyage will be the sixth exclusive audio that will feature the Tenth Doctor following Pest Control, The Forever Trap, The Nemonite Invasion, The Rising Night and The Day of the Troll. Catherine Tate, Donna Noble, narrated The Forever Trap and The Nemonite Invasion while Michelle Ryan, Lady Christina, narrated The Rising Night.

Below is the official synopsis for The Last Voyage.

An exclusive audio story featuring the 10th Doctor, as played by David Tennant in the hit BBC TV series. The TARDIS materialises on board the maiden voyage of a pioneering space cruiser, travelling from Earth to the planet Eternity. The Doctor hasn’t been exploring for long when nearly all of the passengers disappear, leaving a panic-stricken few behind. As if that wasn’t enough, something awful awaits them all on Eternity…

BBC Audio will release The Last Voyage, written by Dan Abnett, on the Seventh of January 2010 for the price of £9.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Day of the Troll, written by Simon Messingham, featuring narration from David Tennant will be released by BBC Audio on the Eighth of October for the price of £9.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland.
