The Sarah Jane Adventures Broadcast Details

Issue Four Hundred and Thirteen of Doctor Who Magazine confirms that The Sarah Jane Adventures - series three will be broadcast twice a week, starting with Prisoner of Judoon, during October for six weeks. Prisoner of the Judoon part one will receive its BBC One debut on the Fifteenth of October at a currently unscheduled time with Prisoner of the Judoon part two being shown on BBC One at the same time the following day.

The reschedule for The Sarah Jane Adventures means that viewers wont have to wait a week to see the concluding part of the story or change over to the CBBC Chanel to watch the concluding part. Stories this year include; Prisoner of the Judoon by Phil Ford, The Mad Woman in the Attic by Joseph Lidster, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith by Gareth Roberts, The Eternity Trap by Phil Ford, Mona Lisa's Revenge by Phil Ford and The Gift by Rupert Laight.

The third series of The Sarah Jane Adventures starred Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith alongside Thomas Knight as Luke Smith, Daniel Anthony as Clyde Langer and Anjli Mohindra as Rani Chandra. Doctor Who actor David Tennant is also set to make an appearance in The Sarah Jane Adventures story The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith as the Tenth Doctor.
