Torchwood: Children of Earth - Part Two Reminder

Today will see the official broadcast of Torchwood: Children of Earth - Part Two, written by John Fay, at 9pm on BBC One, plus BBC HD, around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Torchwood five part miniseries, Torchwood: Children of Earth, features John Barrowman, as Captain Jack, alongside Eve Myles, as Gwen Cooper, and Gareth David-Lloyd, as Ianto Jones, as the Torchwood Cardiff team.

Episodes One and Five of Torchwood: Children of Earth have both been written by Russell T Davies who previously contributed Everything Changes for Torchwood series one. Episodes Two and Four have both been written by English writer John Fay while episode Three has been written by Russell T Davies with James Moran who wrote Sleeper for Torchwood plus The Fires of Pompeii for Doctor Who.

As the new Torchwood adventure continues, the team is forced underground when the government takes swift and brutal action. With members of the team being hunted down, only Lois holds the key to Torchwood's salvation. But she is helpless as her superiors make plans for the mysterious Floor 13.

Torchwood: Children of Earth - Part Three will receive its debut broadcast tomorrow evening around the United Kingdom and Ireland on BBC One, plus BBC HD, at the same time. Euros Lyn, director of the final two Doctor Who specials featuring David Tennant, directed Torchwood: Children of Earth last Summer around Cardiff and London.
