Hugo Nominations

Episodes written by both Russell T Davies and Steven Moffat have recently been announced as nominations for the upcoming Hugo Awards. The Steven Moffat written episodes Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead face opposition from the Russell T Davies written episode Turn Left both featuring David Tennant and Catherine Tate.

Steven Moffat has previously been awarded Hugo’s for The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances, The Girl in the Fireplace and Blink. Steven Moffat's Silence In The Library and Forest of the Dead was previously awarded Outstanding Matte Paintings for the Library scenery.
