Internet Impersonators

The BBC have recently released an article regarding people on the Internet impersonating actors off Doctor Who, Torchwood and the Sarah Jane Adventures. An increase of reports from people claiming they are talking to actors off Doctor Who, Torchwood and the Sarah Jane Adventures have been reported over the past few months.

The article is reminder that people should not accept invitations to meet actors or actress if contacted on social network websites. Anyone pretending to be someone who has closely worked or known to crew members should also be avoided.

For your own safety it is strongly recommended that such impersonators should be ignored seeing as it’ll never be a member of cast or crew. The article is currently available to read here on the official Doctor Who website.
