Complete Doctor Who Specials DVD/Blu-Ray Released

Today has seen the official DVD plus Blu-Ray release of the Complete Doctor Who Specials, featuring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, around the United Kingdom and Ireland from BBC DVD. The Complete Doctor Who Specials features every episode of Doctor from Christmas 2008 with The Next Doctor to January 2010 with The End of Time which saw the departure of both David Tennant and Russell T Davies from Doctor Who.

Disc One of the Complete Doctor Who Specials box set features The Next Doctor, the Summer 2008 Doctor Who Proms and the accompanying Doctor Who Confidential. Disc Two features Planet of the Dead and the accompanying Doctor Who Confidential while Disc Three features The Waters of Mars and the accompanying Doctor Who Confidential.

Disc Four features The End of Time: Part One, the accompanying Doctor Who Confidential, David Tennant Video Diaries, Doctor Who Christmas idents and an exclusive commentary with David Tennant, Catherine Tate and Euros Lyn. Disc Five features The End of Time: Part Two, the accompanying Doctor Who Confidential, Deleted Scenes introduced by Russell T Davies, Doctor Who at Comic-Con and an exclusive commentary with David Tennant, John Simm and Euros Lyn.

The Complete Doctor Who Specials box set is available on DVD from BBC DVD for the price of £39.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Complete Doctor Who Specials box set is available on Blu-Ray from BBC DVD for the price of £49.99 around the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Complete Doctor Who Specials box set will be released on both DVD and Blu-Ray in America on the Second of February with The Waters of Mars/The End of Time double pack.
