First Eleventh Doctor Audio Original Announced

BBC Audio have recently confirmed that the Eleventh Doctor, as portrayed by Matt Smith, and Amy Pond, as portrayed by Karen Gillan, will be making their official audio debut in The Hounds of Artemis. The Hound of Artemis will be the seventh Doctor Who exclusive audio following on from Pest Control, The Forever Trap, The Nemonite Invasion, The Rising Night, The Day of the Troll and The Last Voyage.

Before The Hounds of Artemis, the Tenth Doctor will be appearing in one more BBC Audio exclusive, titled The Last Voyage by Dan Abnett, which will be released around the United Kingdom and Ireland in January. BBC Audio confirmed that David Tennant himself will narrate The Last Voyage after previously narrating Pest Control and The Day of the Troll.

The Hounds of Artemis has been written by James Goss however BBC Audio haven’t confirmed which member of the Doctor Who cast will be narrating the Eleventh Doctor’s first audio adventure. Doctor Who Hideout will keep readers updated regarding The Hounds of Artemis, which will be released on the Eighth of April, and further Doctor Who audio exclusives.
