New Torchwood Soundtrack Confirmed

Benjamin Foster, new series conductor and Torchwood composer, has recently revealed that an exclusive Torchwood: Children of Earth Soundtrack Album will be released by Silvia Screens presumably this year. Silvia Screens previously released an official Torchwood Soundtrack Album last September around the United Kingdom and Ireland containing music from both the first and second series of Torchwood.

Both Benjamin Foster and Silvia Screen have not revealed much information regarding the second Torchwood Soundtrack Album except that it will only contain music from the upcoming Torchwood miniseries, Torchwood: Children of Earth. Silvia Screen have previously released three Doctor Who official Soundtrack Albums containing music from each series.

Torchwood: Children of Earth features John Barrowman, as Captain Jack, alongside Eve Myles, as Gwen Cooper, and Gareth David-Lloyd, as Ianto Jones, who face terrible danger from the mysterious 456 alien creatures. Euros Lyn, director of the final two Doctor Who specials featuring David Tennant, directed Torchwood: Children of Earth last Summer around Cardiff and London.
