Doctor Who Movie Script in Development

The BBC’s Entertainment Correspondent, plus fellow Doctor Who devotee, Lizo Mzimba has recently revealed that on his Twitter page that BBC Films currently have a Doctor Who Movie script in development. Doctor Who has previously been made into a Movie by the American broadcasting Company Fox with The Enemy Within which featured Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor in his only television appearance to date.

Rumours of a Doctor Who Movie had been sparked last week when a statement appeared on the official Agency website page for Russell T Davies. That statement on the official Agency website page for Russell T Davies was quickly removed for unknown reasons.

Nothing has been official finalised by BBC Films regarding the possible Doctor Who Movie prompting Liza Mzimba to remind fans not to get excited. If BBC Films do go ahead with the Doctor Who Movie production for the Movie will be started within the next few years after the finalisation.
