Brand New Torchwood Promotional Image

The BBC have finally revealed an exclusive promotional image for the upcoming series of Torchwood, the Torchwood: Children of Earth miniseries, featuring Captain Jack Harkness, Gwen Cooper and Ianto Jones. Torchwood: Children of Earth has been written by Russell T Davies with the English writer James Moran and the English writer John Fay of Coronation Street, Clocking Off and Robin Hood fame.

James Moran has previously written the second episode of Torchwood series two, Sleeper, as well as the second episode Doctor Who series four, The Fires of Pompeii. Torchwood: Children of Earth has been directed by Doctor Who director Euros Lyn who is currently filming David Tennant’s Doctor finale in Cardiff until the Twenty Second of May.

Torchwood: Children of Earth is currently rumoured for broadcast the week beginning the Fifteenth of June over five consecutive nights.
