Who's in Store for Comic Relief

An extract of an official schedule for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Night has been officially revealed. Doctor Who actor David Tennant will be presenting the first hour of Comic Relief’s Red Nose Night alongside Britain’s Big Brother presenter Davina McCall on the thirteenth of March.

Doctor Who has previously had connection to Comic Relief during 1999 in which British actor Rowan Atkinson appeared in Doctor Who: A Curse of Fatal Death written by Steven Moffat. The BBC confirmed last month that an exclusive the Sarah Jane Adventures clip was to be made for Comic Relief.

The following features a variety of Doctor Who related stuff that happens in the first two hours;

7pm - 8pm: The night begins with David Tennant and Davina McCall, a Harry Hill TV Burp special, the Saturdays performing their Comic Relief single, and an alien Ronnie Corbett landing himself in a Sarah Jane Adventure. David and Davina go head-to-head in a special edition of Mastermind, the kids in Outnumbered outsmart the adults doing something funny for money, and there are highlights of high-kicking celebs recreating famous routines in Let's Dance for Comic Relief.

8pm - 9pm: David Tennant and Davina McCall introduce Enfield and Whitehouse turning the tables on the actual Dragons as Harry and Paul do Dragon's Den. The cast of the new Harry Potter film meet young fundraisers and the legendary Annie Lennox is in the studio. Jonathan Ross and Claudia Winkleman present the last ever French and Saunders film spoof as Dawn and Jennifer hoof their way through part one of their Mamma Mia! parody, with Sienna Miller, Joanna Lumley and Matt Lucas among stars falling over themselves to get in on the act. Catherine Tate turns the tables on Little Britain's computer girl Carol Beer, and Ant and Dec go back to their Geordie roots.
