The Nightmare Fair Completed

The British company Big Finish Productions have recently revealed that recording on an upcoming Sixth Doctor audio has been completed. The Nightmare Fair is written by John Ainsworth starring Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Nicola Bryant as his American companion Peri and British actor David Bailie as The Celestial Toymaker.

The Nightmare Fair was originally written by the late Graham Williams as part of Doctor Who’s twenty third season which was later replaced by Trial of a Time Lord. The Celestial Toymaker was previously portrayed by BAFTA winner Michael Gough in the 1966 episode The Celestial Toymaker starring William Hartnell as the First Doctor.

The Nightmare Fair will be released in November 2009 around the United Kingdom and Ireland with the availability of pre-order from April.
